Shanxi Xiangfen Rongshida Mechanical Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is a professional factory specialized in mechanical manufacturing, was established in 2005,which was invested by Rongsheng Coke &Iron Co.,Ltd. Its establishment combines iron-smelting, coking, electricity generation , casting and machining into a integrated industrial chain for the group.

Rongshida Mechanical Manufacturing Co.,Ltd covers an area of 35,000 mm², including the building area of 20,000 mm² . There are 200 employees, among of them 35 are engineers and quality assurance peoples. The annual production capacity is of 30,000tons of gray iron castings and ductile castings. The castings weight range is of 1kg to 100kg.

Rongshida has two automatic molding line (one of them SINTO FBM-III is horizontal parting flaskless molding line which are exported from Japan) , and many sets of tooling & machining machines, including CNC machines and universal machining equipments, etc. And owns the equipments of checking chemical composition、microstructure and  mechanical properties.

The main products of  Rongshida are automobile castings、Spinning and weaving machinery parts、engine castings and machinery castings.

Rongshida has the certification of ISO9001:2001 in 2006, and now has been processing ISO/TS16949 quality assurance systems.
